Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments for individual consultations or seminars are considered binding once confirmed.
  • Changes or rescheduling of individual sessions are free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment. For shorter notice, 50% of the fee will be charged, and in case of no-show, 100% of the fee applies.
  • For group sessions or seminars, participant numbers can be adjusted free of charge up to two weeks before the event. After that, the following cancellation fees apply:
    • up to 2 weeks before the event: free of charge
    • less than 2 weeks: 50%
    • less than 1 week: 100%

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt.
  • In case of late payment, default interest of 5% p.a. may be charged.

Confidentiality & Liability

  • All consultation content is treated confidentially.
  • The results of consultations are intended for guidance and personal development. No guarantee of specific outcomes can be provided.

Copyright & Data Protection

  • All materials, concepts, and documents are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or shared without prior consent.
  • Personal data is handled confidentially in accordance with Swiss Data Protection Law (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
