How can mindfulness exercises help with stress?

Mindfulness exercises, such as breathing techniques, help reduce stress levels and strengthen the immune system, enabling you to stay healthy and perform well in an increasingly complex world. Through mindfulness practices, you will develop an awareness of your body’s stress signals and learn how to apply effective countermeasures, such as breathing exercises and thought control.
